10th Annual Big Eagle Lake ‘Ice-Out Contest

Everyone has a bit of ‘cabin fever’ this time of year so here is a friendly challenge for Friends of Big Eagle Lake. Please share this contest with friends and family, anyone who enjoys the lake. This is a contest where you make your ‘best guess’ as to when the ice will finally be off, COMPLETELY, from Big Eagle Lake. The winners receive the entire pot.  Registration Ends at Midnight 02/18/24. 

Rules and Details • You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the contest.

• Deadline for all entries to be received: Sunday, February 18 th, 2024. 

• Multiple entries are encouraged.  

• How to enter: Register online at www.BELIA.org and click on  ‘Upcoming Events’. Pay Pal is accepted.  

• Winner(s) will be determined based on the date closest to the first ‘Ice-Out’ date without going past the date. If there are  multiple winners, the winnings will be split evenly between  the winners. 

• BELIA Board Members will determine when the ice has left the lake and an email will share the  actual ice out date. Winner(s) will be contacted individually.
