Lake Health Resources

The lake is well-known for its recreational activities, including fishing, boating, swimming, and camping. The lake is home to a variety of fish species, including walleye, northern pike, and largemouth bass, making it a popular destination for anglers.

 

Big Eagle Lake is located in the heart of Minnesota's lake country in Sherburne County, surrounded by forests and other lakes. It covers an area of 912 acres with 6 miles of shoreline.The lake is primarily fed by two streams and has a drainage area of 8,170 acres.

 

The lake is known for its natural beauty and is home to a variety of wildlife, including eagles and loons, making it a great spot for birdwatching and nature photography.
